The Trails

We have over 10 km of backcountry trails. Some are machine groomed. Other trails are cleared, brushed, flagged and packed by our volunteers. There are signs at intersections to show you where you are.

The Hill Trail is the main trail to alpine and a viewpoint with a 360 degree view.

The Hill Trail is a major skin-up trail for skiers and snowshoers marked with blue and red flagging and machine groomed for over half of the length. The upper section is flagged and packed. On steep downhill sections, there is a ski-down lane for skis only and marked with pink flagging.

On many sections of the Hill Trail, skiers and snowshoers share the same trail.

Phone coverage

Cell coverage is available on the upper portions of the Hill Trail but it is still a good idea to let someone know where you are going and when you expect to return.
