Circle tours are an excellent way to see wildlife, especially at dawn and dusk. Fishing is available in numerous lakes and trails allow you to stretch your legs and get a close look at plants, birds and the geology of our region. Don't forget your camera. Francois Lake Loop: Drive from Burns Lake to the north shore past farms and back on the Morice River Road to Houston.
Ootsa Lake Loop: A longer trip along Ootsa lake with a view of Tweedsmuir Park.
Granisle Loop: The shortcut from Smithers to Granisle, for the adventurous.
Kispiox Loop: Forestry road trip over the Mitten Main pass, for weekend travel.	Not Rated	Not recommended. The Forest Service is not maintaining the road and there are rocks and trees on the road. Take a power saw and shovels if you drive this road.
