Siskel & Ebert would give Benjamin Easterday "two thumbs up". Born in the Pacific Northwest and as much of a character on screen as he is off; watching Benjamin perform is a pleasure. Benjamin enjoyed the humor and hard work doubling Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson in the 2003 shot Walking Tall.  He then endorsed the US National parody ad put out by BMW USA where even a dented BMW is worth waxing.  Benjamin followed the ad campaign with a piece alongside Michael Anthony Hall playing a “Jail Guard in” Dead Zone – Finding Rachael Pt.2 and an impressive entrance as “Security Guard Frank” assisting Eliza Dusku in Tru Calling – Drop Dead Gorgeous; later in the episode he touches with the zany comedy of Shawn Reeves (Harrison Davies).  Not stopping to smell the flowers Benjamin landed a reoccurring role on Stargate SG-1 as “Ra’s Jaffa Commander” in the concluding episodes of Season 8 Moebious Pt.1& Pt. 2.  This episode is iconic for the SG-1 world, representing the end of the “Guaul” and portrayed by Benjamin as he lowers his Staff weapon, surrendering to Christopher Judge (Tealc) and sarcastic Richard Dean Anderson (Col Jack O’Neal).  Hand picked by Michael Madson in Vice, Benjamin plays a “Thug” and welcomes the wily Madson and Michael T. Williamson (Bubba from Forrest Gump) to a shady warehouse club; moments later he is thrown to the ground by little Mark Boone Jr. and Daryl Hannah as they bust down the doors.  Last year Benjamin completed two US nationals Ad Campaigns for Dell/Chrysler as the “Dell Man” and AT&T Cingular “Everywhere”; keeping a busy schedule, Benjamin landed a role on CTV’s Whistler – Season II episode #10. Road Trip, playing the role of a contemptuous “Snowboarder” nearly getting into a fight with young Jesse Moss (Quinn Mackay) and P.J. Johal (Eric); staying feisty,  Benjamin faces off as a to- the- line “Bouncer” with Eric Johnson (Flash Gordon) and Panou in the Flash Gordon’s pilot episode directed by Rick Rosenthal.  Benjamin finished off the 2007 film year with Insight Films independent feature called Love Sick, where he plays that typical “Bar Guy” you never want your daughter to meet.  Benjamin also completed his 5th film with Inde director Rick Alyea and Infinte Productions playing the role of “Marcus”, a lost in the 80’s jock in That One Night.  Fifteen years in film and television has given this actor a wide range of tools for viewer and director enjoyment.  Benjamin's filmography includes network television, feature film, independent film and US National Ad spots.  Benjamin continually works his craft with notable coaches and fellow actors.  Benjamin lives in Vancouver, Canada and Santa Monica, California.  For more information check out  www.flonzeldavis.com and the Internet Movie Database.
